Notes for Metrorails System Initiative

Objective: to make public rail transportation, after pedestrian and similar forms of traffic, the predominant form of transportation in each major metropolitan area;

The Metrorails System Initiative involves environmental, economic, social, and political engineering.

The Metrorails System Initiative is an inter municipality cooperative within each major (approximately containing 1 milliion residents and additionally) metropolitan area (urban and suburban) amidst respective construction plans and within an inter metropolitan infrastructural framework.

Within each metropolitan area, the consideration is for local municipalities

1.) to form an initial contract to eventually establish an agreement, and

2.) to establish a contract committing each municipality to a specific agreement of construction and maintenance pertaining the local metrorails system.

Additional Notions:

+gradual establishment of metrorails systems (stages of reduction of personal motor vehicles

+permissable forms of motor traffic: freight, delivery, public transport, school buses, taxis, municipal vehicles, motorcycles, scooters, and golf carts

+excursion locations outside urban/suburban areas

+public let (rental) motor vehicles at excursion locations

+public golf carts (primarily for shopping)

+remote control options with reservation system

+private/family compartments reservation for metrorail cars

+increased investment and advancement in air transportation (particularly intra metropolitan travel)

+emergence of additional forms of taxis (pedestrian, bicycle, rickshaw, and similarly)
