F. Universal Principles of Faith

The Universal Principles of Faith are formally implemented as a system of rule amongst all collectives except indigenous collectives and within areas that are officially designated as areas for indigenous people.

In the emergence of globalisation, geopolitics, and interreligious interaction, the aggregate of humanity is governed by an aggregate of rules even when without a specific governing institution that directly imposes restitutional or retributional justice according to a perceived violation of any one of the aggregate of these rules. Instead, religious institutions, national governments, and additional advocates have argued for the implementation of the own respective rules of such respective religious institutions, national governments, and/or additional advocates. Yet, effectively, the respective actions of all individuals within the aggregate of humanity are necessarily governed by the aggregate of all the rules that exist within humanity. And each religious institution, national government, and additional advocate has simply attempted the specific imposition of the respective restitutional or retributional justice of the own respective rules of such a religious institution, national government, or additional advocate.

Yet whilst global consciousness within humanity becomes increasingly evident, whilst the provision of resources throughout humanity becomes increasingly interdependent and mutually reliant, and whilst people become increasingly knowledgeable of the rules and customs of others, it is increasingly appropriate and necessary to tangibly identify a system of rules and custom that guides the aggregate of this human activity. It may be considered that throughout humanity, the aggregate of these rules and customs are substantially derived from specific religious principles, teachings, and precepts; (that much of respective contemporary governance substantially pertains to the semantics of processes rather than the formation of specific móral precepts and doctrines). In this respect, and amongst the aggregate of these religious principles, teachings, and precepts, it is appropriate to identify the basic minimum of rules wherein through adherence to such, we abstain from causing substantial offence to any one specific religious tradition and the people who respectively adhere to such a religious tradition.

It is in this respect that the Universal Principles of Faith are communicated. These Universal Principles of Faith are a compilation of the very basic teachings and principles of behaviour respectively from within the five predominant World religions of Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam. It may also be considered that through adhering to these Universal Principles of Faith, we similarly abstain from causing substantial offence to many of the additional religious traditions of the World. It is through such adherence that increased cooperation amidst this globalisation, geopolitics, and interreligious interaction, is accomplished. And rather than inventing and implementing a new international system of rules and behaviour, it may be considered that the communication of the Universal Principles of Faith is simply unveiling the international system of rules and behaviour that already exists. And within this consideration, it may be considered that acknowledgment is adherence, because adherence exists with or without acknowledgment.

Universal Principles of Faith

We shall only praise the one True God.

We shall only utilise the Name of God in Truth.

We shall abstain from making any graven image of that which is in Heaven, on Earth, or in the Sea beneath the Earth.

We remember Shabbat; we keep it Holy.

We honour our fars and our mors; so that we may have long life.

We abstain from killing.

We abstain from stealing.

We abstain from committing adultery.

We abstain from bearing false witness against our neighbour.

We abstain from coveting the house of our neighbour, the wife of our neighbour, the manservant of our neighbour, the maidservant of our neighbour, the ox or ass of our neighbour.

We progress Right Belief, Right Aspiration, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Thought, Right Meditation.

We do unto others as we would have others do unto us.

We abstain from the consumption of animals.

We abstain from intoxicants.

We abstain from games of chance.

Peace
